Solving elliptic equations in two dimensions using the boundary element method
Prerequisites:
a C++ compiler (for instance g++)
a Fortran compiler (gfortran will do)
BLAS library (use optimized vendort version)
LAPACK library (use optmized vendor version)
optionally, the C version of the NETCDF
Downloading the code:
svn co https://grinsoft.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/grinsoft grinsoft
Building GRIN:
You can build wither in-source or out-of-source. For building in-source:
cd grinsoft
./configure --with-lapack=/usr/local/lib/liblapack.a --with-blas=/usr/local/lib/libblas.a --with-netcdf-incdir=/usr/include --with-netcdf-libdir=/usr/lib FC=gfortran CXX=g++
make
